1. Website
If you email us or use the mailto contact form, we receive the information you choose to send (such as your name, email address, and message). Our web host may process standard server logs (for example IP address, user agent, and timestamp) as part of operating the site. This marketing website does not embed advertising or analytics SDKs (such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixel). If that changes, we will update this policy.
2. Quick Work Report (V1.0)
Quick Work Report is an offline, local-first work document tool. In V1.0:
- No account registration or sign-in is required
- Documents, tasks, and settings are stored locally on your device
- There is no cloud sync
- We do not include an ads SDK or analytics/tracking SDK in the app
- We do not sell personal data
- Core use does not require camera, location, or contacts permissions
- When you tap Share or Save, the operating system and the app you select handle the file
- Backup import/export stays under your control via the system file picker
Because V1.0 keeps work records on the device, we do not operate a server that receives your document contents through the app.
3. Children
Our website and Quick Work Report are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
4. Your rights and requests
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information you have sent us by email, or to ask questions about this policy. Contact SANFORD@manumaticsystem.online.
5. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect the latest revision.
6. Governing law
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
